"What can I say....they contacted me quickly, arranged a move date in a short time and on the day of the move they stayed in contact with me about their estimated ETA to my house. When they showed up, they introduced themselves, we did a quick walkthrough and off they went. Before I knew it they were all loaded up. They even assisted with some heavier items from the basement that were not being moved but graciously carried them up to my garage for me. Once at the new place they had me unpacked, set up and had all the furniture reassembled in no time. The entire crew was polite, friendly and careful with our items. "This entire experience was incredible. I got the quote, set the date, and signed a contract in one day. Jay then sent a series of helpful articles and videos from everything to packing to tipping. On the day of the move, the guys showed up at exactly 8:30 as promised - and there were SIX of them. My whole apartment was packed carefully into the truck in one hour. On the other side, Jay brought a chair in for me and told me to relax and direct the stuff as it came into the house. A road was closed to the rear of the house, so the guys walked patio furniture around. A sectional did not fit up a 3rd floor staircase, so the guys took it out a second floor window and hoisted it to the 3rd floor. I can not say enough about this experience. The guys were friendly, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend!!!"
